November 14, 1999

We welcomed back Canarie to the guild as well as Berc; Tashika, a dwarf cleric; Handadar, a barbarian warrior; and Skeeve, a gnome enchanter into our ranks. Everyone please welcome them when you see them.

Frankamus has decided to leave our guild to assist a kinsman in creating a new guild. We have made ourselves available as allies to this new guild and hope we will have good relations with them.

Beklin has also left our guild due to other concerns that require his time. We shall all miss him and hope the best for him in the future.

We welcomed Caydon, a High Elf Wizard into our ranks this meeting. Everyone please welcome him when you see him.

Appolo has created e-mail accounts for many of the guild members on Yahoo using their name and "heavens" (exp. aahhzheavens). This creates a way for members to contact one another outside of Norrath.
Please contact Appolo to find out if he has created you an account, or feel free to create one for yourself.

Also, if you get Y! Messenger, you may be able to find some of the guild on-line outside of Norrath.

This meeting held the announcement that Valdariea would be leaving our guild in the future to help start a new guild; and though we lose a great memeber we gain an even greater ally.
The Master of Arms presented Kattrill with a Silver Ruby Veil and 2 Golden Amber Earrings as well as honoring the other members of the guild who have aquired items for the guild.
Beklin has contributed great amounts of enchanted jewelry to the guild
Fataska returned from Qeynos with Bear Skin items for the mages of the guild to wear
Frankamus delivered a Screaming Mace to Aceshot, which is from a difficult quest; and presented Appolo with a cold iron morning star
Appolo presented Aceshot with a helm

Aceshot made an important announcement at this meeting. Due to the large number of /tells he is receiveing, Aceshot has asked that any guild related questions that can not be asked with /guilsay (i.e. Needs to be asked directly to the guild leader), first be asked to one of the Branch Leaders. If they can not answer the question the Branch Leader will contact Aceshot and determine his availability and let him know he is needed A.S.A.P.
      Note: This does not mean Aceshot does not want us to talk to him, but means that we should take advantage of the Branch Leaders first before going to Aceshot. If you are in a group with Aceshot or can ask a question with /guildsay please feel free to ask your questions.

This meeting saw the appointment of a new member and guard to the guild, Griffyn - a human cleric.

In the Advisors branch, Framkumus was promoted to the position of Elite High Guard
and Daltor has been squired to the branch.

Belkin made a large donation of magical jewelry to the guild, so please /tell

This meeting held the appointment of the heads of the branches of Heavens Everfend.

The War Branch Headed by Soulstar (War Chief)
The Ambassador Branch Headed by Beklin
The Advisor Branch Headed by Appolo (Advisor)
The Guard Branch Headed by Kattrill (Captain of the Guard)
The Political Branch Headed by Canarie
The Armory Branch Headed by Aahhz (Master of Arms)

This meeting saw the promotion of a guard, Fataska, to that of a High Knight and Aahhz' second in command of the Armory

Unfortunatly, this meeting also saw the dismissal from the guild of Keleman, who showed disrespet and ignorane toward the other members of the guild, especially Aceshot.

Dear guild,
There is some confusion about Extreem's donation. First about Extreem, she is a member of the sacred guardians guild and ally of our guild. She was giving some items to the guild and some items she asked to give only to Aceshot as a symbol to our guild leader. She gave the items to Soulstar a 1st officer in our guild. During the transfer Soulstar did not check if he had enough room for the bags, as a result he dropped it. From now on please trade in this fashion. Ask if there is enough room and if any items are lore items let them know. When you make the trade give them one peace of copper to make sure you have selected the correct person and that you do not drop anything on the ground. If any more items get lost it is both the parties responsibility to replace the lost items. This is the list of items in the bag that was lost.

Dallor and his group have retrieved the SBS. Great job! All have us pitched in and the guild obtained bronze breast plate. Many thanks to Canarie for donating most of the money. Canarie also donated her dwarf tunic so that got a second item ofh the list. Beklin might have to the keys to befallen. Another one down! The guild thanks all who helped and all who are still helping.
